1. Nature of the App

This application (“the App”) is an unofficial, independent, third-party web front end for matchtrak.com (“MatchTrak”). The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with MatchTrak, AYSO, or any soccer governing body. “MatchTrak” is used here only descriptively to identify the upstream service whose data is displayed; all trademarks and service marks remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Purpose

The sole purpose of the App is to present scheduling and game-assignment information — which is already available to authenticated users on matchtrak.com — in a format that is easier to read and interact with on a mobile device. The App exists so that MatchTrak referees can browse their schedule, see open games, and select games more easily on a phone.

3. How it works (plain English)

• You type your MatchTrak username and password into the App’s sign-in page.
• The App sends those credentials directly to matchtrak.com over a secure connection, the same way a browser would submit the MatchTrak login form.
• MatchTrak decides whether the credentials are valid and, if so, returns a session token.
• The App uses that session token to fetch your schedule, pending games, and completed games from matchtrak.com, and then renders them in a mobile-friendly layout.
• When you click “Reserve” or any other reservation action, the App opens matchtrak.com in a new tab — actual reservations are always made on the official MatchTrak site.

4. Acceptance

By signing in to the App you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not sign in.

5. Authorized use

• You must be an authorized MatchTrak referee with a valid MatchTrak account.
• You may use the App only with your own credentials.
• You are responsible for complying with MatchTrak’s own terms, policies, and referee rules.
• The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

6. No warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Because the App re-formats data obtained from a separate upstream system, schedule and game information shown by the App may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Always verify critical game details on matchtrak.com itself before relying on them.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR OF THE APP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP — INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, MISSED ASSIGNMENTS, INCORRECT SCHEDULE INFORMATION, FAILED RESERVATIONS, UNAVAILABILITY OF THE APP, OR ACTIONS TAKEN OR NOT TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON DATA SHOWN BY THE APP.

8. MatchTrak’s own terms still apply

Your use of matchtrak.com itself — including any games you reserve, decline, or complete — is governed by MatchTrak’s own terms, conditions, and referee policies. Nothing in these Terms modifies or overrides those.

9. Credentials and security

• You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your MatchTrak credentials.
• The App does not store your password; it forwards it to matchtrak.com and keeps only the short-lived session token in memory.
• Sign out when you are finished, especially on shared devices.

10. Discontinuation

The App may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by signing out and clearing your browser cookies.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the App from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including MatchTrak’s terms).

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
